Customer satisfaction is very important to us at DUYIO. Each item is carefully quality checked by us before we ship it out to you, however, from time to time items may get damaged in transit. If you discover a fault with your item please contact us within 3 days of receiving it along with a clear picture of the faulty item and we will try our very best to resolve the issue.
Please note: All sales are final. DUYIO does not accept return the goods for any problem of possibly happened. And DUYIO reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for Bad Quality/Damaged product within 3 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
The package proof is very important to get the replacement. Please make sure you have the a clear picture of the faulty item, and so that we can resend you the product again after confirmed by us.
And for the refund policy, DUYIO does not have any direct refund process. If customer got a bad quality item( This is almost impossible), or damaged product caused by logistics, we can only resend a new product by the same shipping forwarder.
Please Note: Refund direct is NOT available. DUYIO reserves the right to refuse all Direct Refund Claims. We will only resend new products if confirmed we have to be responsible for customers problem.
