The Design
In Peru, sharing hot chocolate at a chocolatada is a Christmas custom, and alpaca wool is an Andean tradition. This design brings the two together: a standing alpaca in a patterned knit scarf and hat, with a cup of hot chocolate at its feet.
The front is printed in full colour and covered with a clear epoxy resin dome. Once cured, the surface is glossy and slightly raised, with light reflecting along the edges, and a thin white border frames the design.
On the back, a flexible black magnet sheet is bonded to the piece and follows the same outline, so the back sits flat on a fridge or metal surface. The piece measures 44.3 × 70.7 mm (1.7 × 2.8 in). The minimum order is 2,000 pcs.
