1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.duyio.com, operated by Guangzhou Duoyinfo Technology Co., Ltd. ("DUYIO"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. A trade website, not a shop

This site is for business buyers: brands, retailers, distributors and gift buyers. We do not sell to consumers and there is no online checkout. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell.

3. Product information, prices and orders

Photos, descriptions, specifications, prices, minimum order quantities and lead times on the site are indicative. Colours may look different on your screen. A price, quantity and delivery date are only binding once they appear in a written quotation or proforma invoice issued by DUYIO and confirmed by both sides. Each confirmed order is governed by the terms stated in that document, including payment, delivery, inspection and claims.

4. Our designs and content

The designs, photographs, text, layout and other content on this site belong to DUYIO or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use our designs or images to manufacture, advertise or sell products, or to build a competing catalogue, without our written permission. Sending an enquiry or receiving a sample does not transfer any rights in our designs. Please also read our Intellectual Property Notice, which explains our position on third-party references.

If you send us artwork, logos or other material for a custom project, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not send false or misleading enquiries, interfere with the site's operation or security, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk.
