Papel Picado Silicone Case
A traditional Mexican cut-paper banner pattern — flowers, birds and scalloped borders — laser-engraved into a soft-touch silicone shell.
The Design
Papel picado — Mexico's traditional perforated paper banner — shows up at festivals, weddings and Día de los Muertos altars across the country. This case translates its scalloped-edge banner shape and floral, bird and geometric cut-outs into pure linework: the same act of removing material to reveal a pattern that defines the paper craft is, here, what a laser does to a silicone shell.
The design is laser-engraved directly into the shell in its own colour, not printed — a fine tonal texture that won't fade, crack or peel, and reads as completely smooth under the fingertip. A soft fleece lining protects the phone's back panel and camera from scratches, and the matte, soft-touch silicone gives a cushioned, anti-slip grip.
Suited to buyers serving Mexico's festival, wedding and gift-shop trade, where the papel picado look already carries strong recognition — available in six colourways and cut for the full iPhone 11 to 18 range.
Craft & Structure
Laser-engraved, not printed.
Same-Colour Laser Engraving
The pattern is laser-engraved directly into the shell in its own colour — a tonal contrast you can see, but completely smooth and flush to the touch, with no ink layer to fade, scratch off or peel.
Fleece-Lined, Full Wrap
A soft fleece lining inside the shell protects the phone's back panel and camera lenses from scratches, with a raised edge and precise cutouts for each phone model.
